Power Pins: What do they do?

Hi readers! Below you will find a list of the rewards for each of the Power Pins available in the Prize Tent. I noticed the descriptions are not included in the game itself and thought this might be helpful. You can earn these Pins by accumulating Sand Dollars from completing an order board for the Mariner, located in the Ancient Lighthouse.

Listed in the order as seen in the Prize Tent

Make it Rain Pin: For 3 days after you unlock this Pin, your water meter is always full and when you water something, it waters everything!

All Mine Pin: For 3 days after you unlock this Pin, you'll get 1 Blanket & 1 Granola Bar guaranteed when you visit the Mine!

Gone Fishin' Pin: For 3 days after you unlock this Pin, you'll get 1 Farmer's Soup & 1 Country Biscuit guaranteed when you visit the Pond!

Lucky Animals Pin: For 3 days after you unlock this Pin, you'll get 2x Ribbons from Prized Animals!

Ancient Mariner Pin: For 3 days after you unlock this Pin, you'll unlock the Ancient Mariner Farm Hand to be used at any Farm Scene or Prized Animal!

Ready Eddie Pin: For 3 days after you unlock this Pin, Eagle Eye Eddie will come back with new orders without delay when you finish or skip his orders!

Buttered Up Pin: For 3 days after you unlock this Pin, have a chance at getting free Butter whenever you milk your non-Prized Cows!

Spring Sheep Pin: For 3 days after you unlock this Pin, you'll get twice the amount of Wool whenever you collect Wool from your non-Prized Sheep!

Sweet Tooth Pin: For 3 days after you unlock this Pin, you'll have a chance of getting Sugar from harvesting Corn!

Eggtastic Pin: For 3 days after you unlock this Pin, you'll get twice as many eggs whenever you harvest your non-Prized Chickens!

Holy Cow Pin: For 3 days after you unlock this Pin, you'll have a chance of getting an extra Cow Feed when you make some!

I hope this helps you to wisely spend those hard-earned Sand Dollars. My personal favorites are the Lucky Animals Pin and Spring Sheep Pin- the extra wool is a lifesaver, and I'm always looking to expand my Barn and Crop Silo by trading in ribbons.

Good luck and happy farming!

  12. I just discovered that you can deactivate a power pin. It states it will still be in collection, does this mean it can be reactivated for balance of time left?

    1. Apologies for the late response- yes, that is exactly right! Just keep in mind that the timer does keep on running while it's deactivated, which is a bit of a shame.

    1. Rainbow pin activates a rainbow that gives coins once per day.
THIS CAN BE FERTILIZED!! It give coins (about 5 thousand I think), and doubles if fertilized.

  20. Does this pin stay active for three days as well?

  26. it didn't work for me ....

purchased the sheep pin, went and fed my non prized sheep, and 30 minutes later, only 3 wool was produced ....

  27. Wow. This came up first in Google search results, and is SUCH a help. I can now see that only 4 of the pins are of any real use to me. I adore the Make It Rain pin (use it ALL the time), and the Lucky Animals pin (when I finally unlock it) will be awesome. The All Mine and Ancient Mariner pins could come in handy. Now if we could just upgrade the mine (and other locations) and the animals...

  28. So the Spring Sheep pin isn't working.... grrrrrr.
